Unable to Save - Error message

Hi. 

I have used a smartsheet template, and edited to my credentials.  However when I save i get an error message such as:

Unable to reach smartsheet.com.  Please check your internet connection.

Our network connection is working perfectly fine.

Is there something I am missing?
