% complete report for multiple projects

I am trying to build a report that shows % complete, by project, across multiple projects (eg, Proj 1 = 50%, Proj 2 = 75%, Proj 3 = 10%) in one report view/summary.  To date all I have been able to do is task level / individual project level % complete

Hi Mike,

You might consider rolling up your sheet's task level % complete with hierarchy. Note that this will show a weighted % complete based on duration and subtask % complete. More info on this here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/765753-parent-rollup-functionality

Another idea is to create the formulas yourself either in a row at the top. That takes a little up front work but you'll get more customized results. Here's our functions list: https://help.smartsheet.com/functions

Either solution would allow you to generate a report with the parent rows or rows at the top so that you can gain more high-level % complete status.
