Removing completed tasks

How should I remove completed tasks?  I see that "done" crosses out the task, but I want the task to move to an archive.  

 

New to SmartSheets.  I think this is the tool for me, but I am still testing.

Hi Carol,

There are a few different ways to "archive".

• You could have a filter that hides the completed tasks
• You could move the completed tasks to an archive sheet manually
• You could automatically move completed rows with the help of a third-party service like Zapier or similar

Would any of those options work?
