Sending multiple cards at once?

Hi,

I'm very new to smartsheet, so this might be simple, sorry.

Basically I have a bunch of applications that I want to send out to different reviewers. Is there a way to send these out in card form (rather than grid view) more than one at a time? So, for example, every application assigned to reviewer a gets sent at once?

Sending using grid view is no good as it's not really readable.

Hi,

You could send them as update requests, and they would look like forms. You could change the default sharing view of the sheet to Card View if that could help.

To add to Andrèe's response, if this is an application that will be filled out by the reviewer, you could consider creating a form and sharing the form via email (using the Send Link to Form feature).
