Add row data to a separate sheet ONLY if a box is checked

Ok. After 1.5 hours of trying to figure this out myself, I am reaching out to the experts.

I have multiple Smartsheet Forms feeding into one Master Data Sheet. Each row of incoming data is then assessed for approval based on certain cell criteria, and if approved I check a box in the "Approval" column (image belwo). Based on this action, and a condition of which Donation Type (image below) box is checked, I want a few cells within the approved row to link over to a separate sheet for task tracking.

Is this possible? If so, I need formula help too.

Hello,

I'd recommend creating a report for each donation type. For example, in the Report Builder you would set the What criteria to "Approved is Checked" and "Monetary Donation is Checked" for the first report.

I recommended creating a report for each donation type because if you set the What criteria to "Approved is Checked" and "Monetary Donation is Checked" and "Product Donation is Checked", the report may return fewer rows than expected. Also, any change you make in the report will be reflected on the source sheet.

You can also choose which columns to display by selecting "Columns" in the Report Builder.
