Structured content in a cell

I has a sheet that uses RYG for status. If status is Red, I want my users to fill in a "FIX IT" column.

Who is responsible

When it will be fixed

What will be done to fix it

....

I would like to force this format. Can I tie a cell to a webform? Does anyone have a suggestion on how to collect this data?

Hi,

They would need to fill in three different fields in the form and then we could combine them to match what you want.

You could also have the RYG field trigger an update request that sends them only three columns that have those questions and prompt them to update the row.
