Tags in Comments no longer working

Hi All,

We can't seem to be able to tag in comments any longer, anyone else having these issues?

I've checked permissions which seem fine & were have been tagging on the same shees previously, as attached photo no option comes up when trying to tag "David"

It's possible you're attempting to @mention someone from a report that they're not shared to —either directly or through a workspace.

However, if the person you're attempting to mention is shared to the sheet or report —directly or through a workspace, I would also encourage you to contact our Support team.
