Creating Yes/No Checkboxes in a Web Form
Hi,
I'm trying to create a web form using a Smartsheet with about 30 questions in it, and I want to add in check boxes so that the user can answer a question Yes or No. However, the only way I can think to do this is to create the question as a column, and then create a seperate Yes and a seperate No column to give me the correct fields. I also only seem to be able to space the fields one after another:
Ideally, I'd like to create the Yes and No options with check boxes next to each other, but the only other way I can think of doing this is a dropdown which isn't as easy to use.
Does anyone have any ideas on a better way of creating this form?

Given that you have 30 questions, the only method I would suggest is to use the Webform radio button options for Dropdown Lists.
