How to chage primary email address


I no longer work for the company in which I registerd my smartsheet email.

How can I change the primary email?

    Hi Francisco, Here are the steps to change your primary email:


    -Go to Account > Personal Settings > Profile > Manage Email Addresses

    -Add new email address (and accept invitation)

    -Select Make Primary on the new email address in the Manage Email Addresses menu
