% complete and Predecessors

Hello,

I'm stumped on how to calculate master percentage complete of a project where there are sub-tasks and predecessors present. In the attached file, the goal is to have the Collect Deliverables percentage complete update as the subtasks below it have their percentage complete updated. In the snap shot, example shows that the various sub tasks are set to a specific % complete, but that does not flow up to the overall project roadmap percentage complete, until all sub tasks are set to 100% complete. Any thoughts? Thank you for the support!

Do you have project dependencies turned on? Right-click on a header and choose "Project settings." Under those settings you can enable dependencies and set your %complete column which should activate your roll-up settings. I'd test this on a copy of your current project to ensure this is the behavior you expect.

Yes, dependencies are enabled. Please see screen shot. Still does not seem to be calculate the % complete column correctly as I move through and complete rows at various different percentages.
