Hi, i have a project that well reqire a lot of rows about 50,000. I was wounding if there is a cap on the number of rows we can have on a single sheet? Thank you.
Yes, the limit is 5,000 rows per sheet.
You might consider breaking them up into smaller logical groupings then using reports to pull all the rows together in a single view.
thank you for that......is there anyway to incress that number and if so to how ?
Not that I know of, you might try asking support@smartsheet.com if they can increase the limit.
Because Smartsheet is a cloud app there will be some limitations when compared with local apps like Excel. Browsers can only handle so much...
