Is there a limit to the number of users you can share a sheet to? My sheet seems to not let me share any additional users beyond the ~175 or so people I have now.

For the account you are associated with, there is not a limit to the number of collaborators you can share your sheet with.

I have a Pro plan but I cannot create ANY reports. The system does not allow me to choose a folder, and consequently a sheet to create a row report and suggests an upgrade to Business or Enterprise.
