Hello, is it possible to create one filter that includes both "at least one condition" and "all conditions" statements in it?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's a great idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
As a workaround (depending on what you want to do) you could maybe use a helper column to accomplish the same thing.
Would that work?
