Difficulty Printing

Im a little miffed at the amount of discussion on this topic, dating back years... and Smartsheet has not fixed the problem. I am not a Tech guy, but whatever the reason is, just make it easier!!!  Its way too complicated to print a sheet onto one sheet of paper and keep it scaled right. is there not some programming solution that would automatically fit it to a sheet and scale it correctly? If your on Excel, you just highlight what you want and click print!!! Come ON!

The scaling option "Fit to Width" should scale your data so that it fits the width of page. If you need to fit more on each page, consider selecting smaller margins.

Also, if you only wish to print a selected set of cells, I'd recommend hiding any unnecessary columns and then creating a filter that only displays rows that meet the criteria. If needed, more information on this can be found in our help articles:
