Removing a licensed user
We have 3 licensed users. One of the users left the company and is no more accessible. We would like to move his license to another user, and move the ownership of all his sheets to another user too.
I am one of the licensed users. What should I do first? move his license then move the ownership of his sheets? or vice-versa?
We rely a lot on Smartsheet in our daily operations, and there may be some sheets connected to other tools such as Kissflow. Is there any risk of disruption when we move the ownership of all his sheets? Is there anything we should carefully consider before doing those steps?

When you go to remove a license from that user it will ask if you want to transfer owned items. At that point you will select yourself and remove the license.
All items will be moved into a folder named "Transferred from..."
You will then need to move them back into the workplaces if you have them. -
