Email Notifications & Google Forms

Hi all,

 

I have recently been trying out the Google Forms integration with SmartSheet. The only issue I have come across so far is that I can't seem to get email notifications to work with any sheet that is linked with GF. I have many other SmartSheets with email alerts enabled and have no issues with them. I have set my linked SmarSheet to send me an email anytime there is a change to the sheet. So, when a form is submitted through GF and the data is added to a new row in my SmartSheet, should that not trigger the email alert?

 

Any ideas?

New form entires from Google Forms should definitely trigger notifications. It might be best to email the Support team so they can investigate why you are not getting the notification email. Their email address is support@smartsheet.com
