Need Help with Formula
Hi All,
I am trying to do a simple formula, but can't seem to get it to work. I'm not an expert in either Excel or SS, so forgive me if this is terribly easy.
I have two columns - one titled "Stock Quantity" and the other "Reorder Point." I would like a formula to evaluate whether the stock quantity is less than or equal to the reorder point. If so, I'd like the stock quantity cell to change color.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance.
Dan

Hi Dan,
Make a new column of type checkbox. It's formula should be:
=if([Stock Quantity]1<[Reorder Point]1, 1, 0)
Make a new conditional formatting rule to do whatever you want it to do, when a cell in that column is checked.
This type of question can be self-served in the help center, next time.
