Terminating a Team account

We have a Team account but no longer need to use Smartsheet. I've received a reminder that we will be receiving a renewal invoice in the next couple of weeks. I tried to follow the instructions in the help files to cancel the account via the Plan and Billing Info section of our account page, but there is no option appearing to cancel the account. See screenshot.  I sent an email but had no response. 

Any suggestions?
