We have a project plan and would like represent them on a Dashboard. How we should proceed ?
You will want to create a report of that project plan. I usually include the high-level details of the project plan and not all of the columns of information- base this on the audience that your dashboard is built for. Once you have created the report on your plan then you should be able to add it as a widget (report) to your dashboard, just ensure that your view within the report is set to Gantt.

If I need the value from a Summary Sheet, to link it to the Intake sheet, is this how it should look like at the control center?
I have a report that is referencing a control center program. Other users that are setup as leads on the program and have the same admin permissions I do are able to edit the Group, Filter, Summarize and Sort settings of this report, but I can not.
