Create a sheet or dashboard that shows all items requiring attention

My director would like somewhere to land that shows all the projects that are waiting on him to proceed. He does not want an email compilation; already tried that. Rather, he'd like to have a place within his Smartsheet account where he can click and see all the rows that have "waiting on Doug" chosen. Is this possible?

We have made extensive use of Conditional formatting to color cells for desired criteria. When we create reports the colored cells display the fields that need attention. This has worked out well.

Reports will do exactly as you describe. You say "show me all the rows from these sheets that meet this criteria" and it pulls them into a single view. It updates whenever you open or refresh the report - so its always correct info. Its editable, any changes you made to the report will be reflected in the sheet. And you can sort and rearrange the data without messing up the sheet.
