Multi-Team Program build... one or many sheets?
I'm creating a program task/Gatt chart for a multi-team program. I'd like your input into how you have deployed this at your team?
1) Does each sub-team to your program have a separate smart sheet where you bring metrics together across each sheet through reports?
2) Did you use a pre-built page?
3) If you customized your page can you share the results?
4) How did you build dependencies across sheets?
