Objective alignement matrix
hi,
i want to create a matrix with all the objectives of the different divisions to see if they are aligned or not to multiple strat plan objectives.
Should I have a seperate sheet of objectives for each division or have them all on the same sheet? Do I make a report to compare them? How can I do this ?
i am lost in the best way to structure data coming from many division and then compare them...
