NETDAYS #INVALID DATE TYPE
I can't figured out why #INVALID DATA TYPE auto fill when I haven't pick a date for the start and finish date. If I do have those fill out then the formula works fine but otherwise it just fill the duration cell with that error. I do have the duration column under Text/Number. The only thing that I can think about is that I have multiple reports that generate from this Master Sheet but other than that I don't see where is the mistake.

Thanks!!!
It worked! I ended up using the formula
=IFERROR(NETDAYS([Concept Start Date]10, [Concept Finish Date]10), "")
it actually delete the #INVALID DATA TYPE

Using @row instead of the row number just makes it easier to copy formulas. You may run into a situation where you copy the formula, to say row 700, and the formula still shows row 10 (using the data on row 10, instead of row 700).
