Dashboards - Public Access
I want to be able to share a dashboard company-wide that I have created and make it more than "view only". The dashboard contains 3 forms I want any company user to be able to interact with (without me individually sharing it to each user). How do I accomplish this? Currently, publishing it has only allowed users "view only" access.

Hi Rebecca,
You must share it but you, for example, can select groups or all users in the account.
Would that work?
Have a fantastic week!

How are the forms attached to the dashboard?

Hey Paul,
On your form, hit "more" then get the embed code. Copy this into the Web Content Widget on your dashboard.
Take care!

If you have inserted the forms as described above (using the Web Content Widget) allows users to fill them out and submit even if the dashboard is published.

Yes. I use this already. I should have been more specific with my question.
What I was meaning to ask the OP was if the forms were attached this way or if they used a link in a Quick Links Widget.
-
This is what I was going to suggest is if Quick Links were being used to switch it over to a URL Widget.

I decided to use links for my dashboard and it is working well for all users
