Hi All,
I've just updated to MS Project 2016 and am unable to import my programmes into Smartsheet.
The tasks import ok, but the duration of every task is at zero days.
Urgent advice would be greatly appreciated please.

Hi Alan - thanks for posting!
We don’t yet support importing MS Project 2016 files. As a workaround, you should be able to export the file from MS Project as a 2013 file to import it.
This is contrary to your help article which states "Microsoft Project files must be created in versions 2007, 2010, 2013, or 2016 and must be in .mpp, .mpx, .mspdi, or .xml format"
Which is correct?
