Stacked Column Charts

Hi all - 

 

I'm in the process of creating my first dashboard and struggling a bit.  I'm attempting to create a stacked column chart to show a count of items by both Region and District. For example - Regions 1 through 10 all have 5 Districts within them, and I want to report on how many sales have been closed in each District within each Region. How should the corresponding sheet be formatted to achieve this?

You would need regions on one axis and districts on the other if you are trying to show everything within the same chart.

                    District 1     District 2     District 3     District 4     District 5

Region 1

Region 2

Region 3

Region 4

Region 5

.

Or flipped around the other way so the regions are your columns and your districts are your rows.
