Morning All,
I reviewed the following resource to setup a Variance column to calculate the variance between a Baseline Programme and actual performance. (Gantt View)
https://www.smartsheet.com/blog/smartsheet-tips-tracking-baseline-schedule-variance
I can get the raw Variance to display, but it fails to account for Working Days.
ie, a one week delay is showing as 7 days,...when it should only show as 5.
The help article says"
In the top row of the Start Variance column, create a NETWORKDAYS formula that counts the number of working days between the Planned Start and the Actual Start. For this example, the formula is: =DATEONLY(Start2) - [Planned Start]2
Any ideas?
