Morning All,

I reviewed the following resource to setup a Variance column to calculate the variance between a Baseline Programme and actual performance. (Gantt View)

https://www.smartsheet.com/blog/smartsheet-tips-tracking-baseline-schedule-variance

I can get the raw Variance to display, but it fails to account for Working Days.Β

ie, a one week delay is showing as 7 days,...when it should only show as 5.

Β

The help article says"Β Β

In the top row of theΒ Start VarianceΒ column, create aΒ NETWORKDAYSΒ formula that counts the number of working days between theΒ Planned StartΒ and theΒ Actual Start. For this example, the formula is:Β =DATEONLY(Start2) - [Planned Start]2

Β

Any ideas?

Chris
