When sharing workspace to new user, is it enough just to enter his email address into sharing window or i have to add user via user management?

Ok, I found out in meantime. It's not required to add user separately, but then we can't manage such user, i.e. we have no ability to download user's access reports.
Correct or determine resource management like how much said user is responsible for.
