We have a project sheet and my boss often assigneds a task to more than one individual. However he does not want multiple lines that are duplicates "just to assign the same item to multiple people", He does want to be able to send reminders.
What to do?
I've thought of creating an email group - giving it a name and using it as an assigned individual but don't know if that would work.
I will welcome any and all suggestions and thanks, in advance!
