User Expiry

I have a editor user that recently received a notification say that his account is going to expiry within 20days. When i clicked on the information icon, the website promt me to upgrade this account to be admin account. But this staff is not admin person. So he can't access to admin function.

Please help.....

Just let the user know that Smartsheet automatically gives them a free trial of the full version of Smartsheet. If you want your user to be able to create their own Smartsheets, they will have to have a licensed account so they can admin their own sheets. If they are just going to continue working off the sheets you provide them, they can safely ignore that message. They will only lose the ability to create their own spreadsheets with Smartsheets.

Is it possible to edit an email list in an automated monthly report?
