I probably know the answer to this, but is there a way to create tabs on one Smartsheet document? I am uploaded an Excel workbook with about 30-40 tabs on it. I am afraid that I will have to create 30-40 individual smartsheet documents.

Smartsheet does not have the workbook structure you are referring to and will only import the first sheet in an Excel file. After importing the 30-40 sheets, you could add them to a workspace on your home tab so that they are all organized in a single location.
