Resources view through different Smartsheet charts

Hi everyone,

i'm quite a beginner on Smartsheet and very new in the community, i'd like to ask for an information.

I'm managing multiple projects, each one with a dedicated plan but some of the resources i'm assigning are working on several of those projects and not just one.

Is there any feature that might help me manage their allocation between the different project schedules or i have to create a different chart with focus on the peoples activity?
