You can use the "Send Update Request" option to accomplish this. We use this option for the same purpose. We have a row on a sheet identified for meeting notes and minutes. I have scheduled the Send Update Request to be sent out each Friday to team members and the only columns I include in the request are discussions and attachements. The team members provide their meeting topics and the person leading the meeting prepares the agenda, based on the responses. We also use it for our IT and Development staff to provide weekly updates to management.
