Old Notifications

There is an old Notification going out to my Team, I created this a while ago and want to edit it but I can't find it in my Manage Alerts ^ Actions menu.  I made note of the Notification ID that is being sent out.

Is there any way to search for this Notification by ID?

Or how else can I find this notification so I can edit it?
