The taskbars in my report calendar view aren't reflecting the taskbar colors in the underlying sheets, making it hard to tell which sheet the task is from. Anyone got any insight? Thx.
Hi -
Do you have any screenshots to share - I have created a few projects with different colors and then pulled into a report - it reflects the colors in the underlying sheets.
Sean
Hi Tryg,
Where did you change the colors? In the Gantt view or thru Conditional Formatting?
The below articles might help.

Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week!

Sean,
Screen1.png shows a card view of the underlying sheet in my report. Note that the orange task bar color was set through the Workspace. Card taskbars and Gantt taskbars are the same color in this sheet.
Screen2.png shows a calendar view in a report that pulls from the sheet shown in Screen1.png. Note the taskbar colors don't match the colors in Screen1.png.
I've been in contact with Smartsheet Support, and they acknowledge the problem, but haven't come up with a solution. For some reason, my report doesn't behave like theirs's.
Thanks for taking the time for this. I totally appreciate it. tk.
Tryg,
I would be interested to know what Smartsheet comes back with on this one - I have tried to reproduce by:
and i'm unable to replicate your results!
Regards,
I've seen other posts on this issue, but the responses all say that the attachment itself must be the trigger in order for an attachment to be sent with an alert instead of an update request. However, I had another notification set up where the trigger was checking a box, and it would send an alert with a link to the sheet…
Title is kind of the question — why wouldn't the emailed content, a copy of data I entered to the Intake form, also create a new project on the project sheet? Thank you.
In a previous, recent question I asked about pushing a text to a dashboard. All the suggested solutions worked. The same scheme did not work for finding the latest date. Seems the code suggested only works for text.
