Alert Notifications

Hi I have set up a rule so that when a specific status changes to 'Required' the person assigned to the action gets and alert. We are only receiving a Smartsheet notification not an actual email. 

 

I have checked the account settings and we are set up for email notifications - any ideas what I am doing?
