Can I use a form to update the same line on a spreadsheet multiple times?

I have a webform that I will be sharing that is supposed to track multiple attempts (using dates)  to schedule a meeting with an outside vendor.

The problem is that the form makes them re-create the data each time and populates the spreadsheet in a different row.

You could send a row update request to get the data to show in the same row.  you would have to do this individually for each row and every time you need a date filled in.  Each time you send the request, you can choose which dates/fields you want filled in.
