Web forms
I would like to use separate web forms for follow up detail on a sheet. Is it possible to have separate web forms for a sheet populate different fields on the same row. Does smartsheet have the capability to search by the name on a row that has already been populated in a sheet and populate different fields?
Example:
Web form 1 populates columns 1,2,3
Web form 2 would populate columns 4,5 for same row

you can solve the busness need with a Report, but not a Sheet.
You could use a report to sort your answers by the main criteria, Product, Client, Service, etc., and then at least all of the answers would be gathered together.
Each survey response will populate a new row in the underlying sheet, so you can't meet the needs described perfectly.
You could accomplish what you are asking for with the Row updae request feature.

Update request would do just this! Send the row and select the columns to include. The recipient can view and edit only the fields you select.

Just be aware the update request can only be used once..
