Cell Linking Issues

Hi all, Is anyone else having issues with cell linking? I can no longer get it working....

It was all fine until about 4 weeks ago and now nothing will link?

No...it just does nothing....

When I log out and then back in it works for about 5 mins then stops again

Any ideas?
