Need to clone access of a workspace
I have a workspace that I need to break up into 10 other workspaces. Is there a way to clone the list of people that have access to the main workspace? I was able to extract the list into a comma deliminted lists, but I can't just copy and paste the names into the new workspace. When I try to paste them the system cuts it off after the first value.

This should work if you paste them in the format of a line of text where the text is the email addresses and the individual addresses are separated by a comma or semi-colon. You can find the email addresses in the downloaded "Workspace Sharing Report" in the "Workspace Sharing Permissions" tab.

Lucas, make 10 copies of the workspace and select the option to keep sharing access. Then delete the sheets in the copies that are not needed.

I'd also consider using Groups. They make sharing a lot easier.

#Tim - I tried just that but when I go to paste the line of text it only brings in the first value. I'm doing this from the Workspace->Sharing->Invite Collaborators. I tried with commas, semi-colons, with spaces, without spaces. I even shuffled the names.
#Travis - I can't see an option to copy or clone a workspace. Where is that?
#Kris - Good suggestion, I think I'll set one up.

Lucas, right click on the workspace and select Save as New.

Lucas - you are correct. It does not work as I expected it would, but as you found.
