Report Email Notification

When I send report rows in an email, the link at the bottom of email says "View in Smartsheet", it requires the user to sign in, then shows them the source sheet. Why does the link take them to the source sheet instead of the report that I sent them?

Hi Karina,

It's because when you send a row it will link to the sheet where that row comes from.
