I just set up a work flow that works great except that I don't know how to show who the approver was and when the approved. Is there a way to populate a field with the approver's name and the date/time that they approved?

If you right-click on the cell, there is a feature called cell-history, and there you can see who did what and when.

You could add a name and date field to the sheet and use an update request instead of an approval request. That would give the person approving the ability to enter their name and date and then check a box or select from a dropdown whether or not they approved.
I have a monthly report I send out that has a long list of recipients. I know I can edit the recurrence of it being sent, but does anyone know of an easy way to just add or take out people that get my email without having to recreate the whole thing?
