Report Filter not Filtering properly

Hello,

I am trying to filter out certain values in a column from a report and up until today, it was working fine.

However, now when I change the value in the field for that column for a specific row (and save the update, and verify it saved to the primary sheet, and I refreshed multiple times and closed all browsers and reopened...) when I refresh the row is not excluded from the report:

Hi Frazier -

In the screenshot, the column with the checkmark is called Updates - your condition in the report is referencing a column called ToCIO. Unless this is intentional and you didn't capture that column in your screenshot, that would be your issue.
