Cell Value Minus -? Is this possible in Smartsheet

I am working on a pretty massive data sheet and I have 4 years that are broken down by Months and then by Days of the Week.

 

=SUMIFS({Resources_Required Data}, {Group_Name}, $[Primary Column]$197, {Weather Data}, $[Primary Column]$214, {Day of Week Data}, $[Primary Column]215, {ADD_TIMESTAMP Data}, >=DATE(2016, 1, 1), {ADD_TIMESTAMP Data}, <=DATE(2016, 12, 31))

What I have been doing and will probably continue to do, unless I get a reply with a great suggestion, is copy Sunday through Saturday into my sheet and then go through the first cell of each column and change the $[Primary Column]$214 to 1 number less than $[Primary Column]215.

 

I'm trying to find a way to do this automatically as the cell that I'm capturing data for the $[Primary Column]$214 is the Month.  

Is there a function or formula that I'm not thinking of that can automatically grab the cell data that is 1 less than that of $[Primary Column]$215

Sorry if I'm not being clear, I can describe more or show an example if needed.

Are you able to provide some screenshots? There may be some kind of workaround depending on any patterns in the data that may be present.
