Smartsheet connections with count

Good afternoon,

 

I am trying to see if it is possible to connect 2 smartsheets and have one supply the results from the team working the data.

IE: Business Partner submits request for an area with a unique area ID to be reviewed via a form. Our team then uses the form and goes order by order to review and validate the order. As they add these submissions, the results are counted for the BP's request.

There can be multiple orders for each unique area ID, so if the area ID is ABC123, there may be 4 orders associated with the area. I am looking to count the number of orders that were validated, rescheduled, canceled ect. 

Currently I have 2 smartsheets setup with both forms built. The one for my BP includes the name location and a column for each of the options for results by count. The form for my team has a drop down list of each of the possible outcomes and will submit the data including the area ID and each individual order number.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I sent you the screenshots of my sheets(exported to excel).

Basically, if an order comes in from our business process to be verified, they will submit via a form and it will be by the location ID in the first column. On my teams form, they work each individual order for the location ID. Each order will have an individual result. I want the results for each order to count up for the location ID and distribute to each of the columns back to the BP's results sheet. Please let me know if this helps any further.
