Using Zapier to Move Rows

When a person submits a complaint it goes to the bottom of our sheet. If it's identified in a certain column, I'm wanting it to go under a certain category.

Like we have a row for "Escalated Issues," "Minor Issues," "Non Issues."

If a person flags an issue as "Escalated" I'm wanting it to fall under that Parent.

I've checked, and it could be possible. It's possible to update a specific row ID, and that could maybe be used to set up and assign a particular row to the different categories.
