Placeholders only work in automated messages
Hi,
Does anyone know if the curly bracket placeholders only work for automated messages vs. using them in one's you manually send? Tried today and it didn't seem to, but not sure if I am doing something wrong. Seems to work fine with automated messages.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment to use placeholders when sending manually, but it's a great idea!
