I want to have the capability to include "child of" field relationships in the form builder. This would make it easier to get granular and more relevant responses. Is this possible now? Or on the roadmap?

This isnt possible in Smartsheet but you can do this in Google Forms. With Smartsheet Sync, form entries from Google Forms can be added to a Smartsheet.
