Good Day,

 

I have setup an automation workflow for persons to update on queries at different stages.

 

I notice that persns who should be getting update requests are not receiving them. 

This happens specifically for persons who appear after a condition is set in the workflow to "Request an Update" if "Assign to" is a specified email address.
