show last comment in Cell

is there any way to define command for cell to see the last comment in the cell

it will improve the tracking Tasks , to see in front the last comment in the SS and not go enter to the comment

in advance … to enter the comment in cell and log it direct to the comment log\screen

Users are opting to creating a "notes" column and adding date/initials appending new info - the sheet becomes difficult to use as "notes" grow.

yeap , you right , so just imagine that you update the same cell , and the "log" is recorded in the Comment screen , how easy it can be ...
